WHAT
A free youth lacrosse clinic presented by Virginia Lacrosse Club Blue Crabs (VLC). VLC coaches will teach fundamentals as well as higher level skills in preparation for the Spring 2018 season. Join us and learn the Blue Crab way.

In addition to this youth clinic, there will be a COACHING SEMINAR beginning at 10:45 am taught by VLC founder Rob Buller. Rob played at the University of Pennsylvania, and was a long-time coach and commissioner for Great Falls Lacrosse. In addition to founding VLC, he coached his two sons (both NCAA Division I players), and in 5 years, won 5 NVYLL A championships with a cumulative record of 54-2. Rob will discuss how to approach the NVYLL season, establish weekly objectives, etc. This seminar will benefit both new and seasoned youth lacrosse coaches.

WHO
All 8U, 10U and 12U lacrosse players who are in 1st-6th grade. This is offered to anyone regardless of ability, experience and/or club affiliation. You do NOT need to play for VLC to attend this clinic.

Anyone is welcome to attend Rob Buller’s coaching seminar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (please read)

2. If you would like to share our flyer with others, download it here: www.bit.ly/2BhSOK5. Right-mouse click the flyer, and then select “Save Image As”.
3. We expect strong attendance, and recommend arriving by at least 10:00 am in order to check-in and warm up.
4. VLC will provide pinnies as long as supplies last. We recommend bringing a white/dark pinney in case supplies run out.
5. VLC will not be providing any lacrosse and/or athletic equipment, nor any food or drinks. You must have proper lacrosse equipment in order to participate in this clinic.
6. Please eat a good breakfast that morning, and bring sufficient liquids for hydration.
7. There are three turf fields at George Mason. The clinic will be at Field 3, which is between the softball field and a pavilion. We are NOT at the GMU turf stadium, nor are we at the RAC turf field on Banister Creek Court.
