VLC Players and Families,

Our Summer 2018 Tournament schedule is live under “Schedule” in Team App.

Please note the following very carefully:

1. There is always a possibility of a tournament change between now and the summer. If things change, we will notify you as soon as we know.

2. In terms of planning family vacations, your team’s summer season will end on the date of the final tournament.

3. At your earliest convenience, please go to the Team App schedule and RSVP for all of your team’s events. These individual tournaments will be emailed/push notified to you later as a reminder. Accurate RSVPs allow the coaches to plan accordingly. Either players and/or their primary guardian(s) can RSVP, and RSVPs can be changed multiple times. The last RSVP entered is the one the coach will see (e.g. if a player RSVPs “YES” and a primary guardian later RSVPs “NO”, the coach will see a “NO” for that particular player.). Please remember that despite not belonging to a particular team in Team App, every primary guardian gets the same messages his/her son receives.

4. Team App “Availabilities” is only used if the player is out an extended period of time beyond one event (e.g. injury, travel, etc.). If your son is simply missing a tournament because of a one-time conflict, please simply RSVP no; do not use “Availabilities”. Lastly, do not use “Availabilities” to confirm that you can attend an event.

5. Most tournaments have an online waiver registration and/or schedule. Most summer tournaments do not have such features available yet; we will post them in Team App once they are published.
